Anyone know when UPS is going to post online again for pilots? Does it do any good at all to have a resume on their website with it not being linked to a job opening?
Thanks.

You can still submit a resume at www.upsjobs.com, even though there's currently no stated opening for pilots.

The key is getting a pilot recommendation or two.

Hiring should be 250+ this year...

Currently there have been approx 50 Newhires hired into the FE seat. They have been seat locked for atleast a year with Pay protection. (unfortunately everyone makes that same thing the first year so pay prtection doesnt really matter for now)

Most of the New hires coming after Jan 31 will be hired into the right seat. The FE's will be able to bid out of the back seat once there probation period has passed. If no bid comes out after there probation period is up, the FE's will be paid as a FO and have to wait to upgrade. If after two years from DOH, the FE's are still in the back, they can displace the FO's that were hired after them.

UPS and the IPA both signed a MOU regarding this agreement.
