For all those have applied to UPS, did you use FAR Part 1 or 61 to define your PIC time?

Also, if there are any mil guys/gals out there, did you put a military conversion in for your times?

When I applied in 00' I used all IP hours and hours as aircraft commander as PIC. Also, I didn't use any conversion and I don't believe they allow it but don't quote me. Best of luck!!

I hope this helps. Coming up civilian, I logged all PIC time in small aircraft only when I was the sole manipulator of controls. I was typed on the Falcon about two months before I checked out in the left seat. I didn't start logging my jet-PIC time until I was the one signing for the airplane. I figured it would be easier to explain logging SIC time when typed versus the other-way around.

Hey man, I wish you the best of luck. I hope we really open the doors big this time and take a lot of people.
