I was emailed on a Tuesday (spam blocker was up and didn't get the email). I was called on a Wednesday night and they asked me to an interview. The first date was the next Tuesday, I was on a trip and asked for the next day and it wasn't a problem. Seems they are interviewing everyday about 6 a day. My stuff was in since November, with 1 line pilot rec. As stated before the email says no LORs.
