Can someone please tell me if this is the "Mission Statement"?

UPS Air's mission statement regarding people is to "Be a well regarded employer that is mindful of the well-being of our people, allowing them to develop their individual capabilities in an impartial, challenging, rewarding and cooperative environment and offering them the opportunity for career development."

If this is not the Mission Statement, can you please tell me what it is. Thanks

How are the contract talks going with you guys anyways?? Think it will happen next year? I saw a power point presentation that you were trying to get 6 figure pay at 2nd year; comparing the UPS revenue to Delta revenue. It sucks what the pay scale is when you compare it to the profit delta makes and the profit that UPS makes. Whoops. Delta doesn't make a profit! lol. Hope you guys get a good deal.
