UPS on-line assessment test?

I got an email from UPS to complete the on-line assessment test.
Has anyone completed this test and can you give me some information about it.

How did you get to that piont? Have you interviewed yet, or just filled out the online app? Just curious.

The online assesment is like your typical personality test/psych exam. multiple choice etc etc..... After your done you get a message, thank you for playing or we'll be in touch. Then you get an email to forward your resume if it's not already on file. then 1-2 weeks after that they call you, the phone call is just some quick questions reviewing your app. So you have X amount of hours in this, X amount in that....etc.... And they invite you to an inteview, notice was about 1 week lead time for the interview date.

Filled the the online app last year. No interview yet. I guess it comes after the on-line test.
