I wonder about this also. Where do we concentrate our efforts? On those Captains at UPS who have only received a COL increase since 98 and now have volunteered to give up more money? Or the newly downgraded FO who lost his captains seat? How about the newly upgraded FO who is making more money now that he is no longer a FE ?

Reading a thread on the Bar n Grill I saw that the top pay for 747 drivers would be $390 something an hour today while UPS pays $237. SWA just turned down and hourly rate for flying 737s for close to that amount. Our past performance has generally been weak.
