cj1, the "gouge" on the internet is a good platform to start with. But be wary, mine was a free flow of questions, ie how you answer one question will determine what they ask as a follow up.
Sim was straightforward and not difficult. I see that you have 75 time...I had mine in the 67 although it could be on the airbus 300, MD11 or any sim which they have an opening. There not looking for perfection but to see if what you put on your resume closely matches how you fly.
