Well, besides for the usual "every airline does this shady crap" everyone here has been great.

I don't mind at all. I Work for Mesaba, and am currently a SF-340 capt. I spent about 4000 hours in the right seat of the Avro146 and about 1800pic in the Saab. I have been at XJ for 7 and 1/2 years.

The day I interviewed, there was only one other person interviewing. I had a chance to talk to him for a few minutes. He said he was coming out of the airforce. I don't know what kind of time he had.
