I'm working on the cover letter on the UPS careers page. Anyone have any ideas who to address the letter to? Hate to put "dear sir or ma'am," etc. Would it be appropriate to address the letter to Bill Norris or Phil D or is it better to leave it generic? Any help is greatly appreciated.
