The Feb. 21 newhire class at UPS is supposed to be made up of F/O's to fill unawarded vacancies as a result of the most recent system bid.
 
Rumor mill from the training center says there will be a few (maybe 8) DC-8 FE's in the 21 Feb Class. They are still dying for Engineers.

Only time will tell.
