:laugh:France's HUGE WHITE ELEPHANT!!!!:laugh: They will be lucky to sell 50 of those things. What a POS!!!

Gee Tomct...I didn't know you were one of the test pilots at Airbus.

:puke:NOT A CHANCE!! I would rather fly the "REAL" Jumbo Jet! The only reason that the french built that POS is to try and top BOEING! Goes to show that BOEING is STILL setting themselves apart. What...the 747 is 1960's technology and is STILL dominating the market!! Yeah BABY! The 747-8 is going to KILL them, oh and don't forget the 777F and the 787 series which will most likely produce a freighter version. They are by far the SUPERIOR PRODUCT!

I take it your opinion comes from first hand experience?

Looks like you left out a few Boeings and Airbuses from your profile, eh?

I love it when people call an Airbus a POS and Boeing a superior product but the biggest thing they ever flew was an RJ.

I wouldn't want to fly a widebody Airbus. I've seen many videos of A330s/A340s for foreign airlines, and the airplane calls you a retard during landing.

"50... 40.... retard! retard!... 20... retard!.... 10..."

I KNOW I'm a retard, I don't need an airplane to tell me that!

:D

The 300 does not call you a retard its just understood that we are.

I’m surprised that in today’s “political correctness” atmosphere the ACLU hasn’t sued Airbus yet to demand “less demeaning” call outs.

I don’t know, maybe

“50…40…handicap! handicap!...20…surrender!...10…”? ;)

I'm just as big a Boeing fan as the next guy, but what does this CRJ pilot has in experience to make such statements in the Airbus vs. Boeing debate?

Well let's see...I tilt the seat back just as far as you, although my cockpit is not as large, but most likely more "State of the Art" than yours, an airplane is an airplane. I don't have to prove anything...all of the accidents/incidents and talking with fellow aviators gives me a lot of my opinion. Not to mention even though I'm not called a RETARD on approach, I can sorta read....duh....I tink!
And maybe...just maybe someday, I will be as cool as YOU "...Almighty Sky God!":puke:

I have worked with both for years...there is NO CONTEST between the two! If you like, I could put down that I have flown ...lets see, 75/767's and even a 73 or two...but that is just not me....THANKS THOUGH!
