I heard today that flightops HR is going to require all poolies to reinterview. UPS' pool has always been a competetive pool, not a FIFO.

If it is the whole interview all over again, that prettty much sucks. It's been a while for some of the folks, so I would sort of expect some sort of a meet and greet, but to do it all over again blows IMNSHO

The most Jr Domicile is SDF DC-8 FE , SDF 747 FE and SDF 727 FE, not MIA FO however MIA is pretty Jr. As far as Jr FO positions, A-300, 757 Intl and 757 Domestic all in SDF are Jr to MIA, but only with a few numbers.

Interviews start next week from what my bud tells me who is in the pool. Im not sure of the format, but I think these guys (UPS) is going to run everyone through the ringer all over again. The best way to ensure success is to plan as if it is the big show and if its just a meet and greet, good on ya mate... Good Luck to all

I talked with a manager last night. He said that they were trying to get together a class of DC8 engineers for the first week of November, He said that ground school could handle it and the HR hiring people could handle it, but someone someplace else in the buracracy needed some more time
