I can't quite top ACK's post, but I do recall a similar accident report back in the 80's, I think (...don't remember enough details to find it in the database). Basically a pilot and his female friend went up in a plane and crashed at night. The toxicology reports indicated a rather high BAC. The rest of it was fairly standard with the exception of the last line that was something like... 'due to certain injuries sustained by the pilot, it is believed that the occupants were engaged in an act of oral sex at the time of impact...'

Truly priceless

One I remember (in the too stupid to be real catagory) but true none the less...

Pilot used compressed air instead of aviation oxygen, flew above 10,000 feet. Passenger woke up in a tree, pilot was killed and aircraft distroyed.

The Darwin award has many contendors.

What about the one I saw on here a few months ago where a guy began buzzing a highway because he didnt like Gravel trucks, then hit a bridge, or something to that effect.
