I flew with a male Captain last week who wore Dickies. Yep, Navy blue Dickies. And there I was wearing nice slacks. I'm about to steal myself some plain ol' ramp pants and call it a day!

Honestly, the new Wal-Mart "George" brand, pleated front plain black dress pants look terrific, nice and cool, and have the nice 2" inch extra stretch so they still fit at your winter-weight!

Cintas is a racket anyway.

I'll second the M&H pants. They have a large wool component yet respond well to washer/dryer. They've got a little grabby shirt hold down device inside the waistband, and come in pleated/flat front styles. Best uniform pant solution I've come across. Also heard good things about Levi's Action slacks - they are real pants, NOT warmed over dockers.
