It basically says, "if Southwest had a customer experience more like JetBlue - or a cost structure more like Spirit - it would be unstoppable"

Fact is- Southwest is in deep doo doo. There model is broke and they can't compete against the legacies. Air tran is a disaster and it's just a matter of time before the squeeze starts really hurting them

He's just trolling- but I think there has been one 5 year stretch in SWA's history that legacy pilots weren't throwing out this line
