My guess is that Republic is more in the running than CHQ.
Republic is a whipsaw and I would not be surprised to see RAH management come to CHQ for a concessionary contract or else Republic gets all the new flying, wherever it may come from.
Sound familiar?
I can tell you truthfully that any such attempt will go over like the proverbial feces in the punchbowl with the CHQ pilots. We are quite prepared to see CHQ go away forever rather than give in to this kind of extortion.
All of the regionals need to CONSOLIDATE and make a UNITED stand against this. Until it is met with force, it will continue.
