UAL Training Center TK-requirements?

I am looking for any info on what the requirements are to work at TK instructing in the sim. I am making a recall decision and I would like to end up there....how difficult is that to get and what do I need in terms of qualifications? Thanks...

I was in a transition course last month and I did hear from a few people that they are hiring. I saw on Skynet that there is need for 777 PI's. The only requirements that I know of is to be a UAL pilot and two years once you are hired.
