Ual Going Down The Tubes !

I had a chance to fly United first class over the weekend and was i disapointed. The service was crappy across the board all legs, the agents all the way down to the Flight attendants, a dirty seat and seat backs with thrash, one bottle of wine for 12 people and not enough meals they gave me a meal from coach.
I give em 8 months and they will be gone like their predessesors eastern, and panam !

I have to agree about United but I also believe Delta is following in ther tracks as well. Horizon is but far, one of the worst I've seen lately as far as performance is concerned.

Remember the old board, with the UAL poolies. They all talked about "treading water, being in the deep end, going to the shallow end", "I am going to put the SWA job offer on hold, I am only 3 numbers from getting a class date", "They are pulling from the Nov 2000 interviewees, I am only 72 numbers from leaving my job at Airtran for the big time", my how times change
