Question Backcountry flying in the Ozarks?

Bucket list item is to fly the Ozarks. For anyone that's been or has info, I'd love to hear recommendations on where to base out of, where to stay such as hotel, car, etc. (or camping). And then of course, places to fly such as must see, etc.

Any tips you can share to get the most out of a week at the Ozarks would be appreciated.
