Is it true that the current UAL contract will snap back to contract 2000 in 2009??

Could anyone PM me a PDF of that contract or at least the old payscales if this is the case??

The current UAL pilot contract DOES NOT snap back to year 2000 rates when it expires in 2009. Ask him to show you the sentence(s) in our current contract that dictate a snapback?
