I'll add that we were told at our council meeting last week that this is expedited arbitration and that a decision is expected by the end of December.

So when the arbitrator comes back and says it is legal for UAL to fly 70 seaters out of CAL hub, then what?

Does CAL and UAL fly safe? Do sick calls start coming in? Does everything in the aircraft which is broken get fixed like it is suppose to at the outstations? Is more fuel requested? Does the taxi speed slow down? Do the MEC Chair people start writing union communications with some fire?
