I am doing a project in an Aviation Management class where we have to form an airline.
There are no stipulations on what we decide to do at all. Just that we form an airline and that we have rhyme and reason to the decisions we make.
I am thinking about putting together a proposal to "virtually" buy the USAir shuttle. I know it is supposed to be extremely profitable, and potentially for sale. However, that is the extent of my knowledge. Here are my questions...
-What exactly is the route structure
-What is the timetable
-What is the avg CASM/Yield
Any other pertinent info is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!!
