TWA Lawsuit

I understand from a friend at the former TWA that the lawsuit against ALPA for the merger shaft job has begun. Anybody have details?

Hard to believe its been almost a DECADE.

I made a brief comment in support of the TWA dudes and then realized that it was repetitive with regards to "ALPA deserves to lose" comment. Good luck TWA guys. I have flown with many at 3 different airlines and all were great guys.
