They dropped my laptop last week. Idiots. They are protecting us from ourselves. Does this make sense? My crew and I take over an airplane every day we start it up and taxi.

I just j/s out of Jax this morning and dealt with it. Just go to which ever airline has the smallest line and say you are j/s with them. Once through, go to where you need to go. It added about 20 min to the whole process today, which meant a little less sleep.

Good one. Next thing you know they'll spend more money on "Escorts" for the jumpseaters to make sure you go to the airline you're ticketed for. TSA will be like the KGB. What a joke.:laugh:

Hi!

Regardless of what National TSA says, it depends on the airport.

In GRB, and some other airports, you have had to have a gate pass for the last 3 years, while in others you don't.

I'm sure that this trend will continue, with each airport's TSA doing it's own thing.

One way to save time is to list, and if that airline has computer kiosks, you can print your own gate pass (if needed) and get right through security without waiting in the counter line.
