Does anyone know if there is a requirement for the TSA or your employer to supply a copy of your TSA file if requested?

Thanks- Cbird

Huh??

Please step away from the crack pipe! TSA file? if you have a TSA file then I guess you've been pegged as a "terrorist".

Therefore.... you're screwed bub.

I've been wondering the same thing. In words more to the point - as a commercial operator that has participated in TSA Security programs - that have done criminal background checks on crew members - those crew members go on to other operators - what is the legal requirement/responsibility to supply that info to other operators on request - like the PRIA? I have not seen any language yet on that. Until I see official regs to that effect, I believe that info stays confidential with the original operator.

I was wondering if the PRIA encompassed these files. In process of putting together a resume package and would like to include it in the package. I'm tendering a resignation and will post the reply from my half- A S S 121 operator and the legal requirements after speaking with the Company and the TSA.
