Don't come to QX for that if that's the case.....

No! No! No! You got it all wrong! He needs to come to QX you want to get more people under you. You don't have to tell them about how long the upgrade is or the other stuff. You tell how wonderful it is to work there, so they get stuck in the QX purgatory with you.:laugh:

I like Rush but nobody touches Les when it comes to the bass.

I myself love les as well, and Primus. . .but if you do some research, Geddy was Les' biggest influence and it was his style that drew Les into playing the bass. So the hirearchy is probably more like Les being the master, and Ged being the God.
