It's amazing this guy is looked upon as some financial genius. His whole plan is based on boning over contractors who don't have the means to fight his lawyers and settle for much less than owed. He did it to builders in ACY, he's done it in NY and down in PBI. Ivana's the same way from what I hear.

saw the chump opps trump last night he landed behind me at pbi They wooshed my bonanza off the tarmac to make room for his 727. He gave me that smug look that he's known for when he got in the back of his maybach. His pilots seemed cool saw them this am boarding the plane. They departed right before me.
