Has anyone had any trouble getting onto the FEDEX web site to update their profile? I have tried to access my app. twice and the site does not recognize my password. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

I am also having problems updating my profile. Either I can't log in or it won't take my updates. I tried emailing FedEx Flight Ops but never got a reply.
I have had two friends call me telling me the same thing. One could get in and the other could not. Eventually they both were able to log on and update their profile.
Just a thought...IMHO, the window just recently opened up and is experiencing a massive request from users at the same time ( est. 10-12K+ apps on file) during the day. Both of my friends logged on in the middle of the night (between 2am-4am) when there weren't as many people trying to update their info and were able to submit their info.
O tried using Explorer and it kept giving me an Error of Name and password can't be left blank. They looked filled in to me. Opened up my long lost copy of Netscape and it worked.
Hey guys I filled out the password request form below the login which asked for a passport and driver license # and was able to login. Also while logged in I had luck by pressing the back button when I was kicked out while trying to update my file. Just one of those things I guess.
