Anyone know where I can get one of those straps with a hook on it to carry my flight case. I live in Tacoma, WA.

Go to ANY luggage claim room, they have boxes of them in every color and size. You could also find them on the ramp!

ACAFool,

Call travel pro and they will send a new one for free. I'm need to call again for the third time. It will take over a month to arrive.

Good luck calling travelpro. I called for a replacement strap and they said one was on the way. It never showed. Called back, they said sorry we will rush one out to you. Never saw it. No more travel pro's for me, their wheels and zippers suck anyway, usually wear out/disappear after a year. I second the idea of visiting any airline's baggage claim/service area. They always have dozens of those straps.

I found them today at PIT. Bon Voyage is a luggage store in the airport. They had them in stock. 4 different type of connectors. $12.00 each. I don't have the phone number but if you can't find it let me know. I'll be through there on Wed

Hey

Costco sells their own brand of rollerboard but it is made by travelpro . It was $89 out the door and is gauranteed for life. I asked and they said if it ever breaks rips or malfunctions bring it back and we'll swap out a new one for it no questions asked.
I trust Costco so it sounded like a pretty good deal to me.
