Jeez, I get a FREE one EVERY year...but you don't get it do you? There is a reason why I get a free one EVERY YEAR....because Travelpro is a POS. Personally, I don't see how you Brown guys can make yours last for two years...come on now, what's your secret?

So, I have the 22" roller board and the handle is stuck in the partial up position. I called the repair place in DFW and they had 40 bags waiting for handles. Something about the last batch Travelpro got was wrong and everything is backed up.

Anybody ever fix these things your self?

The best fix for a Travelpro bag is replacing it with a Luggage Works bag...formerly known as PNT.
