I like the new Bizjetjobs ad yesterday for TMC. Don't even need an ATP apparantly. Also it's funny that applicants must know FAA recognized pre and post flight procedures. They need to add that "be sure you don't know rest or duty time regulations, because here at TMC we practice rolling duty days".

We require a number of current and qualified Hawker 800 Captains - we now also require Hawker 4000 Falcon 900 LX. Requirements: ICAO License, Class 1 Medical Certificate, Hold a valid ATP license with current type-rating. Have logged at least 3000 total hours, 500 total PIC hours and 150 PIC on type. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 604 and Hawker 800XP aircraft. This essential transportation service will include domestic and international movements. Standard corporate aviation pilot duties are expected. Specific roles on each flight will depend on whether the pilot is serving as PIC or SIC. Principal Duties: Works within the flight operations to maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures that support customer service. Act as PIC on flights assigned. Will also act as SIC as scheduled. As SIC, will support flight operation by assisting the Captain of the flight. Remain current and qualified in assigned aircraft. On flights with international destinations, ensure all crewmembers and passengers have complete paper credentials for admittance to all countries. Responsible for all crewmembers and passengers compliance with customs, immigration and agricultural regulations of all countries. Ensure that all crewmembers are fully qualified, properly rested, prepared for flight, have all required licenses and certificates in their possession, and are briefed on all specific requirements of the trip. Responsible for the safe conduct of the flight including limitations, advisories, and NOTAMS. Delegation of any of these duties does not relieve the Captain of the responsibility. Calculate and review that all aircraft operational matters are within manufacturers, FAA, and company limits including fuel loading, weight and balance, and performance measures. Comply with all published standard operating procedures. Responsible that the contents of the aircraft’s library are complete prior to each flight including all technology solutions. Responsible that all company procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations are complied with including preflight inspections, use of all aircraft checklists, and ensuring that aircraft are operated in a safe manner so as to not endanger life or property during flight or while on ground. Provide for the safety and comfort of passengers, and satisfy their needs and requests, within the limits of sound operational procedures. Perform flight following functions, including progress or delays of the trip, informing the Dispatcher of the location and status of the aircraft and crew. Coordinate additions to and deletions from the passenger lists prior to aircraft movement and coordinate changes of aircraft movement with the Dispatcher in accordance with company procedures. Provide for the servicing, maintenance, and protection of the aircraft at all times while away from home station. Ensure all discrepancies are entered appropriately on the Daily Maintenance Log. Coordinate with the Manager of Maintenance for advice and assistance with maintenance requirements. Ensure the completion of all required aircraft forms, logs, and reports. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief Pilot. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. ATP, type rating in Challenger 604 and/or Hawker 800xp preferred. First Class Certificate; Pass company physical. Flight Time: 3000 hrs, total time, 1500 hrs. PIC, 500 hrs. multi engine turbine.
