Trans States jetstream or jet?

What is the deciding factor on who gets what in class, how does someone that is in a neew class get what plane?

The deciding factor is whatever management feels like doing at the time, though I would guess there won't be any straight fo slots for the j-41 being hired. They are mostly putting high time furloughed airline pilots into the j-41s as Captian Qualified First Officers and then the lower time guys in the jet as normal fos. Things could change at any time.
