JetBlue has lost one of it's family in a military training accident. Details are found on the link below. Jud Brinson will be missed by his buddies in blue.

Raise your glasses and join me in wishing Jud a peaceful journey west.

My thoughts and prayers to both families and all friends.

Freedom isn't free. It's bought and paid for with the blood of patriots like Jud and Lee.

Rest in peace fellas.

I wish their families and everyone at jetblue the best and hope they have the strength to get through this time of need. Although, it makes for a fine reality check. Everyday we all get on here complaining about how the airplane we fly isnt fast enough and we dont make enough money doing it and how many more weeks/years until we get to the left seat. When you hear about situations like this, sheds a new light on things and lets all hope we never have to go through something like that.
Take care everyone.

The loss of a fellow aviator is tragic and certainly puts everything into perspective. My heart and prayers go out to their families, friends, and fellow employees during this time of grief.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. GodSpeed my friend.

He will be truly missed. I did his IOE and he was one heck-of-a bright guy and I don't know what else to say. A true tradegy for sure.

Makes me count my blessings as well.

God Speed Jud. You won't be forgotten.

Sung quietly when an AF pilot dies...

"Here’s a toast to the host of those who love the vastness of the sky,

To a friend we send the message of his brother men who fly,

We drink to those who gave their all of old,

Then down we roar to score the rainbow’s pot of gold.

A toast to the host of men we boast,

The US Air Force."
