Which are the large tour operators in the U.S. who fly their own Aircraft. I can't recall any with the exception of Apple Vacations and some of the Casinos. ATA used to fly their L 1011's but not sure if that is still ongoing?

Along the same lines -- why haven't tour operators caught on in the U.S. like they have in parts of Europe?
