Please stand strong against your management goofballs. They fired me 2 years ago for some complete BS(thanks Terry!). But even still in their total wisdom, I received the BS letter because I guess they think I still work there. (I don't, I work for another ball busting regional.) It was complete crap. What I read would only make me want to stand more strongly with my MEC!!!!! Please don't listen to that doom and gloom crap, you are the ones that have all the power and don't let them convince you otherwise! Stand strong and lets turn this thing around!!!!!

Signed,
One who voted a big NO! for 900's for concessionary wages!

Get em boys!!!!!

that letter was total BS. Appreciate the support. If there is one thing in that contract I disagree with, I will be voting NO!!!

With every letter they send I want that much more out of my contract. Insult me and my fellow pilots like that and the stakes go up for them. I can take this job or leave it, working on the leaving, but I am not leaving until the contract is signed, I have nothing to lose so lets go all the way.

My MEC Speaks for ME

Divide and conquer? First XJ mgt (NWA) tries to shove 19.4 down the pilots throats. Incompetence, some legal help, and possibly NWA FA's have helped to thwart those efforts so far. So is NWA now trying to use 9E to set rates for the Links? I believe they thought they could set rates with XJ and then whip 9E into a bad contract. Now quite possibly they are trying to get the job done with 9E. Good luck guys, I'm begining to believe. cya

Regarding who will have their issues resolved first, I'd have to bank on XJ. Having been through the XJ negotiations, I have to say that 9E is a long way off from an agreement. Even with NWA breathing down your neck, there are still many hurdles to jump. I remember that even after we started federal mediation, it was many moons before we finally said no and many more before they released us to self help. It's a painfully long scenario. Hang in there, guys and gals.

I don't think the letters from mgmt were aimed at the pilots. They were aimed at all of the other people in the company to start to convince them that the pilots are a greedy bunch and the cause of what might be upcoming problems.

It does not good to get mad at the letter (that's part of their strategy) .. just let the negotiating committee do its job.

Hello, I have a question about Pinnacle. Do they have a one year training contract?

No...
