Once Colgan goes union how long until you start paying dues? Once the contract is done or right after the vote because it would suck if you were paying dues for 2 years while working under the same condition as now without a contract.

Until the first contract, there is no legal requirement to pay dues.

You are not legally required to pay dues until it is written in a contract, but we know that it can't get worse after we vote it in.

Ask a Commutair pilot how things went after they voted down ALPA, as was said, all it took was a memo and BANG. Less days off, etc etc.

There is only ONE direction we can go from here, so vote yes and LET'S MAKE IT BETTER!
