Time from app to initial contact at VA?

I put in my app at VA this morning....any idea as to how long it may take for some correspondence other than the "thanks for applying" email. I am looking at hitting the bricks from Frontier in September so any information would be appreciated. (ie...no stupid replies!)

Wait -- I just had an idea. It's a novel one, so follow me closely. Go to the LCC forums. Look up a VA thread (there are a few). See who posts as if they work at VA. PM that individual.
