The Travelzoo Newsdesk has found this outstanding offer from United Airlines:
WESTERN U.S.--APRIL 10, 2006-- United Airlines this morning announced its biggest sale so far this year. Over 20,000
routes are on sale, including all U.S. and many worldwide
destinations.
You can fly through June 8 (or through mid-May on
international routes). Fares start at $39 each way, and you
must book by April 21.
Sample fares (each way):
- Los Angeles-Las Vegas ... $39
- San Francisco-Las Vegas ... $84
- Salt Lake City-Santa Fe ... $84
- Denver-Chicago ... $109
- Seattle-Vail/Eagle ... $114
- San Francisco-Steamboat Springs, CO ... $114
- Los Angeles-Philadelphia ... $124
- Albuquerque-Atlanta ... $129
- Los Angeles-Orlando ... $129
- Los Angeles-London ... $294
- Las Vegas-Beijing ... $380
- Seattle-Sao Paulo ... $455
The best fares are found when purchasing at least 14 days
in advance, staying over a Saturday, and flying mid-week.
When test-booking this offer, we sometimes found fares
that were even lower than the ones United advertised on
their site.
For full details and to purchase through United Airlines,
click the link below. When you search on United's site,
prices will be roundtrip and include all applicable fees and taxes.

They are double maddog. Prices are for oneway without taxes. Round-trip to London is probably $700-750 after you add everything in.

No wonder why the cargo companies are so cash ricH!!!

I just Fedexed my 25lbs parcel with Fedex (thank you for the interline rate) and it cost me 26 bucks..

26 bucks for a 25 pound bag!!! Post office was more expensive too. Why dont the airlines raise the PRICES!

CYA

Hey! I have an idea.....airlines should charge by the pound. If you weigh 200 lbs, it's $200. Maybe that would encourage weight loss too!
