I am an avid plane watcher with a scanner.. Have to towers freq. of 119.5, but still can't seem to get the freq. that the pilots use to get clearence to leave the gate and which runway to taxi to.. Anyone know it?

Go to your local flight school and ask an instructor. He can sell you a sectional chart for the area and maybe get you a copy of an airport diagram with all the frequencies and then you can watch where the planes go.

chart should set you back all of 10 bucks or so.

better yet, take an introductory flight lesson and see for yourself (?)
 
If TIA is TPA, then departure atis is 128.47, arrival is 126.45, clearance delivery is 133.6, ground 121.7, tower 119.5, dearture: 119.65 south, 125.3 west, 118.8 close in, 135.5 east high, 119.9 east low, 134.25 southeast.
