Well, you'll know for sure soon as that's what happened. They held a press conference not too long ago about this.

Their performance for today (Sunday) has been canceled. They grounded the planes 'for safety reasons' after evidence that #4 did in fact make contact with one of the other T-Bird jets.

Here's the link to the story. Thank god the mid-air collision was minor and only resulted in the rail coming off and not a major incident.
