Thunder Bay DP????

Hey,
Going to Thunder Bay tomorrow and was looking at the airport diagram and departure procedures. Anyone know what is meant by: "rwy 07-1/2- CLB HDGS 085 CCW to 231 to 1800 BPOC.?"
I don't have the rest of my charts at home with me and was hoping someone could shed some light on this.

Never mind I figured it out. "climb between headings 085 counter clockwise to 231 to 1800' before proceeding on course"!!!
