BLADE DAMAGE/SEPARATION/SEVERE VIBRATION CHECKLIST

This reminds me of the memory items on the "ROTOR HEAD SEPARATION IN FLIGHT" emergency checklist from my time in helicopters:

1) Increase rate of descent

2) Land immediately

3) Portable fire extinguisher as required
