Didn't finish my degree while in the big green machine, was an avionics tech in the Marine Corps and thinking about pursuing the on-line Electronics Engineering Associate degree or Bachelor degree in Applied Science and Technology http://www.tesc.edu/prospective/undergraduate/degree/asast.php from Thomas Edison State College. Anyone out there with a degree from Thomas Edison State College been hired at Southwest?

There are several Thomas Ed Grads at Southwest Myself included. Sounds like we followed same route, USMC 81-85 Avionics Tech (Radar weapons controll F-4's) Completed Assoc in Elect Eng, then BSAST in applied Science Flight Technology from Thomas Edison They are fully accredited and well accepted. Where are you flying 20's? Cherry Air?

I did a search here on TESC, sounds like a good college to have on my reume.
I'm taking a similar path (I was a 6482 ECM tech), I'm going to try to make this one lead me to LUV.

Not flying for Cherry but another on-demand charter company.

Just finished Year One, Highly reccomend SWA. If you have the PIC time dont let the degree keep you from applying if you havent already.

Finished my BSAST at Thomas Edison in '95. It was a very good program. It took a lot of hard work and self-motivation with no traditional classes to attend or professors to ask questions of. I am not at SWA but did get hired at UAL shortly after finishing my degree. They had no problem with it in the interview as it is a fully accredited University. I would highly recommend the Edison.
