How many times was it rejected by a.net before it got accepted? The picture itself is easy... what was the post-processing workflow?

Any picture is easy... All you have to do is press the button. Kinda like flying a plane in some respects.

As for the photoshop work, it was minimal. Resized, cloned out a few hot pixels, sharpened it just a tad and that was the result.

Photos like this are all about trial and error and giving a good guess at the best settings that reduces the amount of tries and errors. Then you actually have to have something to take a picture of and bring all of it together at the right time.
