Here's a quote from an article on thestreet.com about airlines in Hawaii:

"Aloha also has the benefit of Banmiller's 38 years of airline experience. Aloha is the third airline he has led through bankruptcy."

yes but its the first airline that he actually got done without liquidating the whole thing. He surprised everybody on that one!

I guess that all of these guys increasing their transpac service to Hawaii didn't get JO's memo that the mainland routes are money losers. Interisland is where the real dough is at!
