I say for 2.5 years at Usair you get 1 year with the new company
For every 1.75 year at America west you get 1 with the new company
And for every 1 yr at American you get .75 of a year
After merger announced pilots hired date of hire


It will be fair

Longevity for all Date of hire for paying purposes


Example 1990 hired at Usair will be in the same boat with a 1997 America West and 2000 American hired pilots

And no fences

:erm: Pretty sure you lose your "sweat equity" once you default on the mortgage.
