Seniority rules. The senior folks but the beers. I am very junior so this will work out well for me.
 
The SLI will be jointly and mutually agreed upon by the two Merger Committees, or it will go to binding arbitration. It really is as simple as that.
Where did you get a crazy idea like that? Don't you know the Bond-McCaskill amendment was designed to prevent airlines and unions from having to waste time and money on arbitration hearings?

Since Southwest Airlines has historically done things differently than the rest of the industry, shouldn't the SLI be done Herb Kelleher style? Arm wrestling match between two chain smoking Wild Turkey drinking negotiating committee chairman!
