The List

OK, here is the deal. I am working for a helicopter company that may be going on strike and was wondering if anyone has copy of the "scab list". I would like to get a copy if possible. So, if you have access to it please PM me and do not post it on the site because it is not allowed. I don't want to stir up a hornets nest or continue the debate, I just want a personal copy.

Why is posting a scab list not allowed on this site?

Because its not a controlled document. There is no way to prove that the list is accurate and the names on the posted list or link are accurate. Then, you run into a liability issue when you slander someone and call them a scab from a list that was found on a PUBLIC board. Imagine, a guy named bob, being put on a scab list by mistake. Then the list gets passes via email between 20 people. Now, someone who thinks that information on FI is carved in stone takes that list, and treats our pilot bob like a scab...when actually he is not. Now, bob cant JS and is labeled a scab because a mistake that was made and posted on a site like this. If you want the official scab list, do a search or ask for someone to PM it to you. But we cannot have a link or the list posted on here. I hope this explains it. Its a liability issue mainly, second...we just dont need that info posted here. This is suppose to be a site for educated conversation, not fighting over scab lists.....We are trying to get it back to the first....
