Doesn’t matter if you trust them or not a promise is better than nothing. 100 seat scope will be given away. Shorty after AA furloughs the APA members will blame Eagle pilots for accepting to fly airplanes they gave away for a chance at keeping the senior members pensions. This is a historical fact and will continue into the future.
