A huge thanks goes out to the DAL guy that took the FA jump seat today to help me get back to ATL...I probably wouldn't be back yet if he hadn't.

Nicely done

Ill call DALPA "SELLOUTS" for years after that last contract reloading te RJ market with bigger, more economical RJs(shakes head)

But this industry is all about taking care of each other- esp in the busy times- as passionately as I may argue about anything, I'll sit 4th or 2nd jump for anybody if it gets on another NONREV.

Well done delta for the OP:)

What a way to wreck a positive message.

I have wavehole on ignore, but I bet he whined about Delta.

A similar shout out to another Delta pilot that offered me his seat in the flight deck so I could get to work a couple of weeks ago. We both ended up getting a seat in the cabin but it's the thought that counts. He was truly class act and a positive reminder to all commuters that you have a responsibility to your fellow pilots to go the extra mile in order to get folks where they need to go. I rode the F/A jump seat the other day in order to get someone on board but it is so much easier to do knowing that many others will happily make the same sacrifice for you.

As a fellow commuter....I would ride in the bag bin if it helps get somebody home.
